Any manufacturing defect in the product should be reported to us within 24 hours after delivery. However, the product must not be scratched and the product box must be intact otherwise it is not exchangeable. But it is better that you check it when you receive it from the delivery man and return it if there is any defect.

After opening the box, using the product, or destroying the box, the product is not exchangeable.

In the case of courier, the buyer must not accept the product from the courier if the product is broken or the packet is torn. If the product is damaged by the courier, the buyer will accept it at his own responsibility and no complaint will be accepted later in this regard.
